"The WBENC certification demonstrates how proud we are to be a woman-owned business," said Fitzgerald. "It is also a reflection of who we are — an inclusive team that values and appreciates the diversity of the educators and students we serve.” WBENC’s national standard of certification implemented by the Pacific Women's Business Enterprise Council is a meticulous process including an in-depth review of the business and site inspection. The certification process is designed to confirm the business is at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by a woman or women.
